We have been conducting leadership training programs for the last 12 plus years. We have handled training programs for industries as varied as IT, Telecom, Manufacturing, BPO, FMCG, Hospitality, Pharmaceuticals and specialty chemicals. The participants of these programs have varied with work experiences ranging from freshers to those with more than 25 years of experience. We have handled homogeneous groups (people from one company or industry or profile) and also heterogeneous groups (people from many companies, different levels and expectations) in training programs.
