The participants in our Leadership Journey programs are typically corporate employees from industries such as IT, Telecom, Manufacturing, FMCG, BPO, KPO, Pharmaceuticals and specialty chemicals. The batch size varies from 8 to 50 participants. The ideal number of participants in a program would be between 15 and 30 participants in order to get significant sharing and provide sufficient attention to each participant. Most times the participants are from the same company which makes it a little easy from the perspective of them having shared company values and working towards a common goal. We have also handled public programs where there were people from different companies and experience levels. The advantage of these kind of batches is the cross pollination of ideas and sharing best practices across industries.
The uniqueness of each batch (which may or may not be from the same company) comes out due to individual differences of the participants, their experiences and classroom interactions. Our programs are highly interactive and learner centric. We ensure that each participant gets sufficient ‘airtime’ to voice their thoughts, questions, experiences, examples and expectations. They get sufficient time for individual and group activities which gives them a sense of comprehensive learning.
The participants in our Pre-placement Training Program for the students are predominantly the final year students from IT specializations, who want to be groomed to handle the campus interviews. This program is meant for final year college students from all streams/specializations to face their first employer successfully.
