The target participants are those working in the frontline of organizations. For any organization to succeed it is very important that each person in the frontline contributes to his or her potential. Many of them are new or have very few years of experience in an organization and would require structured guidance to ensure that they live up to their potential.

By the end of the program, participants will be able to understand what it takes to succeed as an individual contributor. They would be able to build key skills such as goal setting, time management, change management and problem solving to stay ahead. They would develop good communication skills- written and verbal to create impact. Additionally they would understand how to read body language and improve on listening skills. When an individual contributor moves up to become a first time leader, the challenges are quite different. They would quickly realize that handling people would require a completely different skill set. This program is designed to equip these first time leaders.

By the end of the program, participants will be able to understand the different challenges faced by the first time leader and the means to overcome them.
