There is a need to build leaders in every level of business. There are many instances where people in leadership positions play out their roles based on either intuition or past experience. Many of them do not undergo sufficient training in the areas of leadership and are expected to deliver results irrespective of this fact. This leads to many of them making critical mistakes, which hampers their own progress, negatively impacts the people working with them and impedes their companies’ growth.

Our focus for the past 12 plus years has been in developing leadership in the front-line, middle and senior management positions. Our goal for the future is to build the leadership pipeline in organizations through effective training programs. This will ensure that leaders in organizations are equipped with the best industry practices and are able to significantly contribute to their organization and the people working with them. Also this would infuse a culture of encouraging future leaders in the organization.

Secondly, we would like to take people through a leadership journey, as we believe that one-off training programs do not help in significantly growing people. For leaders to grow there has to be a series of training interventions spread across a certain time frame for the best results. By this approach, people get an opportunity to tryout what they have learnt in the classrooms and sharpen their understanding of the various approaches. Collaborative learning takes place when the participants come back and share what worked and what did not.

Our next focus is to prepare the college students to be fully equipped to face their interviews through our Pre-placement training programs, which we offer in-campus in various institutions. Our interactive sessions with the students help them understand the expectations of their first employer and help the participants to groom their skills.
