There is a need to build leaders in every level of business. There are many instances where people in leadership positions play out their roles based on either intuition or past experience. Many of them do not undergo sufficient training in the areas of leadership and are expected to deliver results irrespective of this fact. This leads to many of them making critical mistakes, which hampers their own progress, negatively impacts the people working with them and impedes their companies’ growth.
